In the recent past I realized the importance and power a regular and disciplined Gratitude practice can make in our hectic and distracted lives. I found that I kept getting tangled up in the uncontrollable details of life and they were distracting me from noticing all the joy and abundance around me. There is more and more research that supports the power of gratitude and how we can re-wire our brains for the better... and stating daily gratitude was one thing I could definitely control and look forward to. I decided to start a gratitude journal and realized I needed more structure to keep me dedicated to a daily practice that I could do in under five minuets. I also wanted to combine my love of nature and her lessons into my gratitude practice so I resorted to designing my own book! I hope you enjoy what I created and I hope building your own gratitude practice changes your life in all the best ways!
