WATERCOLOR AND WELLNESS RETREAT SIGN-UP PAGE

The retreat will be limited to a tight group of 10 or fewer people. Signing up early is highly recommended to reserve your spot. You are welcome to pay in full or reserve your spot with a 50% deposit. The second half of your deposit will be due 15 days before the retreat on August 28th, 2020. Please read my cancelation policy at the bottom of the page, as well as my note about Covid-19 concerns.

There are three cost options based upon the type of lodging you choose. Your entry fee is all inclusive - including all your meals, lodging, creative supplies, and guided sessions, one massage, and access to the hot springs.

If you’d like to sign up for the retreat with a friend and share a cabin, please contact me directly (art@sarahuhl.com) so we can arrange your room placements to be together. Cabins can accommodate up to 3 people if booked as a group reservation. Otherwise I will limit 2 retreat guests to each cabin. Covered Wagons and the Tiny House offer more privacy.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you choose to pay the 50% deposit to reserve your spot, your deposit will be non refundable.

If you paid in full and request a refund 30+ days before the retreat, I can refund up to 50% of your payment. If the retreat is full and I have a waiting list, I may be able to offer a full refund.

Cancelation requests less than 30 days before the retreat unfortunately will not be granted a refund. Please see the next section in specific regards to Covid-19 and event cancelation.
