Welcome to the registration Page for Mother’s Retreat, April 10-13, 2025

You can hold your spot at the retreat with this $500, non-refundable deposit. Payment in full will be due by March 1st, 2025. Final payment will depend upon the lodging option you choose below. If your preferred lodging option is sold out, please email Sarah to be placed on the wait list. We may have the chance to add more specific room types, depending upon demand, but no guarantees.

The Retreat will begin Thursday afternoon, April 10th and end on Sunday April 13th at 4pm.

Included in your registration fee:

• 3 nights lodging at Beyul Retreat

• 2 group meals per day

• Two creative workshops facilitated by Sarah

• Daily yoga classes with Kerrie

• An Ayurveda workshop with specific spring practices to incorporate in support of your body’s balance and wellness for the season with Kerrie

• Guided meditations, circle and journaling time

• A creativity kit and wellness gift

• 24/7 access to the hot tub, cedar sauna and cold plunge

• Free time to enjoy the surrounding landscape with access to hiking trails, art installations, etc

• full access to the entire Wise Women Sunday program and panel discussion

Your Lodging option will determine your registration cost. Lodging options available:

Shared room in the Lodge, $1700 per person total, $500 deposit to reserve

The Main Lodge at Beyul is as cozy as it gets, with art and surprises around every corner. Share a lodge room during the Retreat with a friend or pair up with another retreat guest.

• if you are signing up with a friend and wish to share this room, please pay the $500 deposit for each guest and email Sarah both names.

Private Room in Lodge, $2200 per person total, $500 deposit to reserve

Private bedrooms are available in the Main Lodge and the Aspen Lodge (our group cabin.). You will get a room to yourself but likely will still share a bathroom with other guests.

Private Cabin, $2800 per person total, $500 deposit to reserve

Beyul’s smallest cabins are called Snug Cabins and thats exactly what they are, snuggly. These intimate one room cabins are the ultimate solo escape during the retreat, offering basic amenities in the cabin and your own bathroom.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

Once the balance is paid in full by March 1st, we are only able to offer a refund if we are able to fill your spot at the retreat. If your spot is filled by someone on the wait list or a new sign up, we will refund you in full.
