Alpine Immersion Retreat, September 12-15, 2024

Location: Hayden Backcountry Lodge outside of Ouray, Colorado

Cost and Registration Process:

• the cost is $1450 per person

• $500 deposit holds your spot at the time of registration

• payment in full due 60 days before the retreat (July 12)

What’s Included in your registration fee:

• 3 nights lodging at Mount Hayden Backcountry Lodge

• hike-in, hike-out experience with gear shuttle from Camp Bird Lot

• all meals, chef prepared and locally sourced

• access to the wood fired hot tub

• daily guided hikes into the alpine with Kjersti

• daily guided meditations with Sarah

• daily creativity workshops with Sarah

• creativity kit with hand selected tools and supplies for plein air painting

• evening fire circles for reflection

• free time to relax and take in an incredible environment

Cancelation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Remaining balance due 90 days before retreat begins.

After paying your full registration fee, You may be eligible for a partial refund if…

• I have someone on the waitlist willing to take your place, you will be eligible for a 75% refund

• If I am unable to fill your spot from the waitlist and you have a good reason for needing to cancel up to 60 days before the retreat, I can refund 20% of your total registration fee

• Any request to cancel less than 30 days before the retreat will not be eligible for a refund
