Spring Workshop : Whole Being Wellness Compass
Spring Workshop : Whole Being Wellness Compass
Sunday March 17th // 4-6pm // @ the Historic Jailhouse Art Studio in Carbondale
Using watercolor paint and guided prompts, we will explore whole being wellness and take inventory of our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This workshop is an opportunity to use art as a tool for self care and personal reorientation. Participants will be guided throug a series of journaling prompts that provoke self assessment in the various areas of our wellbeing. Those assessments will then be translated to a watercolor painting of a compass, providing us a visual guide for an authentic and thriving life of wellbeing.
